The room was lovely. The furniture (white chairs and cream arm chair) old and grubby. There was no information in the room regarding facilities or how to use things. The washer I could not get to work frustrating. To be honest I wasn’t overly happy that I had to walk from tower 2 to 1 at 23.45 at night. Luckily I met the security man. Not the best really. I had stated what time I would get there. There was no information where I could take garbage, so I left it there. I found hotel reception guy very very helpful during the day. There was no body lotion in the bathroom that was rectified very quickly.

Fantastic location right next to great restaurants, cafés and shopping. Amazing view of the surrounding skyline and ocean with a sunny aspect on the balcony. Plenty of space to move around and store things. Convenient and plentiful amenities and equipment in the room and in the gym/pool/game room. Nice bathroom onsuite with big window and dual basins. Overall very lovely, clean and modern. The reception staff were fantastic - very friendly and professional at all times.

We were there during the cyclone and were on the 25th floor which became quite terrifying during the cyclonic winds. We retreated to the lobby around 11 pm and the staff were exceptionally understanding and found us another room on a lower level to spend the night. They checked on us the next day. We found all the staff to be polite and considerate even though they were working g during such tough and testing conditions.

I spent the night before my wedding here with my bridesmaids and loved every minute. The check in was easy, free parking, the staff were friendly and even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and chocs to celebrate, which was unexpected and lovely! We had a lovely modern 2 bed apartment, and the views were absolutely breath taking! Highly recommend this place!

I'm thinking, I will be back.
